Return & Refund Policy

We aim to ensure your satisfaction. This policy explains the conditions for refund or exchange, timelines, and steps to request. Please review carefully before placing your order to avoid confusion, delays, or eligibility issues. Transparency helps both sides yours and ours.

1. Eligibility at a Glance

Quick rules: Refund only if unused and claimed within 7 days. Processing takes 7–10 working days. bKash fees not refunded.

  • Refund requests accepted within 7 days of purchase — product must be unused / undelivered.
  • Refunds processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
  • bKash transactions: 2.5 % gateway fee is non-refundable (per SSLCommerz policy).
  • BMJR may decline a request if the ebook/course is already accessed or delivery confirmed.

2. What Qualifies as a Refund ?

Refunds allowed for access issues, missing content, or wrong product by mistake.

  • Technical issues prevent access to a purchased course or ebook.
  • Promised resources (videos, PDFs) not delivered.
  • Accidental purchase of the wrong BMJR product.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email or submit a support ticket with order info and reason. Response within 24 hours.

  1. Email [email protected] or open a ticket via the Support Page.
  2. Include order ID, email/phone used at checkout, and reason for the request.
  3. Our team will acknowledge within 24 h and may request screenshots or additional info.

4. Processing Timeline

Once approved, refund starts in 7–10 days via original method. bKash fees deducted.

Once approved, refunds are initiated within 7–10 working days. Funds return through the original channel (card, bKash, SSLCommerz wallet, etc.). For bKash, the 2.5 % gateway charge is deducted.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

No refund if accessed content, time expired, or marked non-refundable.

  • Digital product already downloaded or > 5 premium videos watched.
  • Request made after the 7-day window.
  • Subscription course where live class has begun.
  • Promotional bundles marked “non-refundable.”

6. Exchange / Transfer Option

Wrong item? Switch to another BMJR product. Pay extra or get refunded difference.

Purchased the wrong item? We can transfer your payment to a different BMJR product:

  • If the new item costs more, pay only the difference.
  • If it costs less, we refund the balance through the original channel.

7. After Approval

Access is revoked. Confirmation sent. You’ll start fresh if repurchased later.

  • Your original order is locked and any progress removed.
  • Confirmation plus a ticket ID is emailed/SMS-ed for tracking.
  • Re-purchasing later will require starting from scratch.
